This project is a comprehensive eye care platform designed to streamline the entire patient journey—from appointment booking to consultation, diagnosis, and product purchase. It integrates telemedicine, OPD management, and an e-commerce store into one seamless experience.
The platform supports multiple user roles including patients, doctors, optometrists, and administrators, enabling efficient healthcare delivery while maintaining a user-friendly interface.

OUR PROJECT CHALLENGES
CHALLENGE 01
The platform combines healthcare services (consultations, reports, telemedicine) with an e-commerce system for eyewear. Ensuring all modules—appointments, consultations, prescriptions, orders, and payments—work seamlessly together without friction was a major challenge. We structured the system to maintain smooth data flow and user experience across all features.
CHALLENGE 02
Different users—patients, doctors, optometrists, and admins—have completely different workflows and needs. Designing a unified yet role-specific experience while maintaining consistency across mobile apps and web panels required careful UX planning. We focused on clarity and consistency.
